Our founders, spent 20 years serving with the NSW Police Force — but long before that, played sport at a high level, during a time when recovery simply wasn’t a thought. You pushed through pain, dealt with swelling, and hoped for the best. Ice baths were inconvenient, resources were limited, and proper recovery support was rarely accessible.
Years later, as a parent supporting young athletes in junior pathways, we saw the same challenges repeating themselves. Between training loads, school, work, and family life, recovery often became the first thing to slip. The lack of access to proper recovery, the hassle of ice baths, and the stress of managing busy schedules with young kids sparked a mission: to create a recovery system that was effective, portable, and easy for anyone to use — anywhere.
